General conditions
The prices are indicated per apartment, per day (full occupancy). During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from Saturday till Saturday.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, ski room with a ski boot dryer.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 2.30 per person (over 14 years old) per day.
Reservation is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer:

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded for any reason.
In case of late arrival, missed arrival or early departure, 100% of the agreed daily fee will be charged (until the end of the booked stay). If the booking is not respected, the European travel regulations will be applied.
The apartments are available from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival until 9.30 am on the day of departure.
Pets are not accepted.
